Why is the product dangerous?

According to the Finnish Customs Laboratory’s test results, the product does not meet the safety requirements for candles as defined in standard SFS-EN 15493:2019. The following deficiencies have been identified:

•    Stability: All tested candles toppled over during the test when the surface was tilted by 10 degrees, which means they may fall and cause a fire hazard.  
•    Does not meet requirements: The product has been rated ETV (does not meet requirements) regarding stability and relighting after extinguishing  
•    Risk: The product may topple over and ignite surrounding materials, posing a fire hazard.

What should be done?

•    Stop using the product immediately  
•    Return the product to the place of purchase for a refund
